27 felony indictments made by Trumbull County grand jury

A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday, April 29 returned 27 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

  • Pauline R. Peaco, 56, Belle Street SE, Warren, identity fraud (f5), passing bad checks (f5), receiving stolen property (f5), falsification in a theft offense (m1), attempted theft (m1);
  • Jordan D. Edelman, 33, Ogden Avenue, Warren, strangulation (f3), domestic violence (f3);
  • Danae Williams, 37, Akron, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a governmental facility (f3), possession of drugs (m1);
  • Rashaun Carter, 27, Cleveland, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a governmental facility (f3), possession of drugs (m1);
  • Tyler Gilmour, 36, Tibbetts Wick Road, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs (f5) w/specification for forfeiture, possession of drugs (m1) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Joseph L. Cales, 37, Newton Drive, Newton Falls, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Lawrence K. Dunmire III, 30, Dickey Avenue, Warren, receiving stolen property (f5), grand theft (f4), receiving stolen property (f4), receiving stolen property (m1), operating motor vehicle with invalid license plate or identification mark(m4), possessing criminal tools (f5), theft (f5);
  • Lawrence K. Dunmire III, second case, breaking and entering (f5), theft (f5);
  • Jered O. Brady, 47, Risher Road SW, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5) w/ forfeiture spec;
  • Jospeh A. McCudden, 31. Allen Drive, Youngstown, receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Ronnell T. Roland, 31, Buckeye Court, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
  • Dwight L. Mason,51, Oriole Place, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Alexander Solorzano-Benavides, 22, North Royalton, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3) w/one-year firearm spec, possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Jay’Mar K. Butts, 21, Deerfield Avenue SW, Warren, assault (f4), criminal damaging/endangering (m2);
  • Jody A. Elliott, 47, Victor Avenue, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia (m4), driving under suspension (m1);
  • Damon Lariche, 43, Tod Avenue SW, Warren, two counts kidnapping (f1), felonious assault (f2), menacing (m4);
  • Jared B. Wilson, 48, Kenilworth Avenue SE, Warren, theft from a person in a protected class (f5), forgery (f5), theft (m1);
  • Shayne Nichols, 28, North Road SE, Niles, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5), OVI (m1);
  • Joshua J. Noe, 39, Hood Street SW, Warren, theft (f5);
  • Christin M. Noe, 43, Iowa Avenue NW, Warren, theft (f5);
  • Michael L. Harris, 34, Laurel Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
  • Chandler A. Ignasiak, 25, Tod Place, Warren, failure to register (f3);
  • Zachary J. Halicki-Landis, 19, Second Street, Masury, five counts, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (f4), disseminating matter harmful to juveniles (f5);
  • Andre L. Furlow Jr., 24, Swallow Street SW, Warren, failure to comply with signal/order of police officer (f3), receiving stolen property (f4);
