23 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 23 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on April 30 by the grand jury:

  • Michael G. Albritton Jr., 42, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to verify address (f1);
  • Timothy Overton, 36, Potomac Avenue, Youngstown, two counts, aggravated possession of drugs (f5) w/specifications for forfeiture, possession of cocaine (f5) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Patrell Scott, 36, Milton Avenue, Youngstown, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f3) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Timothy Menton, 45, Woodside Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Corey J. Waldon, 30, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to verify address (f2);
  • Eric M. Hartman, 30, Jacobs Street, Youngstown, aggravated burglary (f1), assault (m1);
  • Majed A. Ali, 38, in care of Mahoning County jail, violating a protection order (f5);
  • Terrell Hinton, 27, in care of Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering (f5), theft (f5), possessing criminal tools (m1);
  • Tommie Carter, 64, Hillman Way, Boardman, felonious assault (f2);
  • Lexxell Carnathan, 22, Nantucket Drive, Austintown, two counts, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f5), two counts OVI (m1);
  • Jason E. Thomas, 55, Perry, Ohio, strangulation (f4), assault (m1);
  • Deandre A. Stamper, 30, Phoenix, Arizona, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of governmental facility (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
  • Deonte Stamper, 30, in care of Northeast Ohio Correctional Center, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of governmental facility (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
  • Daryll D. Hall, 43, North Raccoon Road, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), two counts OVI (f4);
  • Marcus Merchant, 19, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Terrance Wainwright, 23, Chicago Avenue, Youngstown, obstructing official business (f5), carrying concealed weapons (f4);
  • Herman Taylor Jr., 57, North Wickliffe Circle, Austintown, trespass in a habitation when a person is/likely to be present (f4);
  • Chanell Weatherspoon, 33, Saranac Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
  • Charlie Carlisle, 47, Bonnie Brae Avenue, Youngstown, two counts receiving stolen property (f4/f5);
  • Jasmine Harrison, 35, West Chambers Avenue, Youngstown, grand theft of motor vehicle (f4), receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Jane Doe, secret indictment, perjury (f3);
  • John Doe, secret indictment, harassment with a bodily substance (f5);
  • John Doe, secret indictment, three counts, harassment with a bodily substance (f5).
