16 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury
The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 16 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on May 7 by the grand jury:
- Breondre Youngblood, 30, in care of Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence (f3), trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound (f4), obstructing official business (m2);
- Cornell A. Barnes Sr., 40, in care of Mahoning County jail, three counts felonious assault (f2), two counts domestic violence (m1), endangering children (m1), obstructing official business (m2);
- Stephen A. Gay, 20, Monroe Street, Campbell, having weapons while under disability (f3);
- Newton V. Murphy II, 41, Leffingwell Road, Canfield, felonious assault (f2), domestic violence (m1);
- Michael H. Tomlin, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering (f5);
- Dawna S. Martin, 40, Terrace Street, Struthers, breaking and entering (f5);
- Anthony J. DiMuzio, 64, Arden Boulevard, Youngstown, theft (f5);
- Melissa Miller, 59, Hillcrest Avenue, Niles, possession of cocaine (f5);
- Aaron M. Delo, 33, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, receiving stolen property (f4), theft (m1);
- Stewart Parks, 64, Bentley Avenue, Newell, W.Va., possession of marijuana (f5);
- Mark T. Colpetro II, 26, East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown, possession of cocaine;
- Carl Dale, 36, Mahoning Avenue NW, Warren, possession of cocaine (f4);
- David Shovlin, 36, Lamont Drive, Poland, possession of cocaine (f4);
- Sean Queener, 55, Northview Boulevard, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
- Brandon Emery, 30, South Niles-Canfield Road, Canfield, possession of cocaine (f4);
- Glenn Campbell, 54, Fernale Avenue, Boardman, possession of cocaine (f5).
