23 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 23 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on May 14 by the grand jury:

  • Damian Williams II, 32, address NA, aggravated burglary (f1), domestic violence (m1);
  • Edward C. Wheeler, 38, Columbiana Road, New Springfield, two counts endangering children (f4);
  • Ryan Howard, 37, Regent Street, Campbell, possession of cocaine (f5) w/specification for forefeiture;
  • Lamario Knowles, 33, Eastway, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), two counts aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Alex Cherney, 45, Berry Blossom Drive, Canfield, possession of cocaine (f1), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Duane M. Eldridge, 29, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f1) w/forfeiture spec, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5) w/forfeiture spec;
  • James Williams, 36, Hammaker Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5) w/forfeiture spec, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f4) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Billy Joe Johnston, 52, Alameda Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Randall P. Vecchio, 61, in care of Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering (f5), failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4), possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Savannah Tracy, 29, Woodmere Drive, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f5), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Leighland Johnson, 40, Dupont Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f5), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Shontale Jefferson, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Sharee Ann Levy, 48, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of cocaine (f5) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Allen M. Smith, 21, Parkman Road, felonious assault (f2), attempted rape (f2), gross sexual imposition (f4), strangulation (f5);
  • Raymond S. Danzey, 34, homeless, misdemeanor theft (m1) – returned to lower court;
  • De’Aaron J. Mitchell, 35, South Edgehill Avenue, Austintown, strangulation (f4), three counts domestic violence (f4), three counts endangering children (m1);
  • Brailyn Bunn, 31, Benita, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3);
  • David Triplett, 33, Taylor Street, Youngstown, carrying concealed weapons (f4);
  • Anthony P. Loibl, 46, Burkey Road, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f5), two counts possession of drugs (f5), theft (m1);
  • Keith Foster, 25, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Zachary A. Hubbs, 36, East Oregon Avenue, Sebring, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
  • Ariel Daniel, 34, Canal Winchester, receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Jane Doe, secret indictment, two counts sex trafficking in persons (f1), five counts promoting prostitution (f4), robbery (f2), retaliation (f3), possessing criminal tools (f5), assault (m1), soliciting (m3).
