48 felony indictments made by Trumbull County grand jury

A Trumbull County grand jury on Thursday, May 21 returned 48 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

  • Jonah R. Cole, 52, Iowa Avenue NW, Warren, two counts having weapons while under disability (f3), carrying concealed weapons (f4), tampering with evidence (f3) and obstructing official business (f5);
  • Gabriel Deay, 21, Harmon Avenue, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Christopher Lipinsky, 42, Andover, two counts, aggravated possession of drugs (f5) and possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Alma J. Clark, 51, Nash Avenue, Niles, forgery (f5), passing bad checks (m1);
  • Andre Atwater, 31, Lakeside Drive, Mineral Ridge, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), two counts having weapons while under disability (f3), two counts improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Zachary M. Reed, 31, Summit Avenue, Niles, 11 counts, theft from person in protected class (f4), grand theft (f4), forgery (f3);
  • Joseph Raymond Hall Jr., 19, Willow Drive SW, Warren, having weapons while under disability (f3), tampering with evidence (f3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), obstructing official business (f5);
  • Jace M. Greathouse, 18, Weir Road NE, Warren, improperly discharging a firearm at/or into habitation or school safety zone (f2) w/three-year firearm specification;
  • Michael Fairclough, 36, Hamilton Road, East Palestine, tampering with evidence (f3), two counts assault (f4), OVI (f4) w/forfeiture spec, obstructing official business (f5), resisting arrest (m1);
  • David R. Sadowski, 48, Rosemary Avenue, Southington, illegal conveyance of drugs onto grounds of a specified governmental facility (f3), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f4), driving under suspension (m1);
  • Kurt J. Eckenrode, 44, Chapel Hill Drive NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Avery L. Patterson, 28, Stewart Drive, Warren, having weapons while under disability (f3);
  • Delano T. Fambro, 49, Van Wye Street SE, Warren, having weapons while under disability (f3);
  • Robert Gore, 45, Harvard Drive SE, Warren, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4), OVI (f4) w/ repeat OVI specification and forfeiture specification, OVI (m1);
  • Jacob K. Fiest, 30, Warren Sharon Road, Vienna, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Demitris Fisher, 19, Hillsdale NW, Warren, domestic violence (f4);
