10 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 10 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on May 21 by the grand jury:

  • Tiffany Michalak, 45, Aylesboro Avenue, Boardman, theft of mail (f5);
  • Robert R. Youngblood, 43, Shady Run Road, Youngstown, criminal damaging/endangering (m2), criminal trespass (m4) – misdemeanor case returned to lower court;
  • Terry Janiel, 20, in care of Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence (f3), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Daniel Dourlain, 21, in care of Mahoning County jail, tampering with evidence (f3), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Eric Lewis, 18, Clarencedale Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3), obstructing official business (f5);
  • Danny Geisler, 37, in care of Mahoning County jail, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), obstructing official business (m2), escape (f3);
  • Joseph A. McCudden, 31, Allen Drive, Boardman, tampering with evidence (f30, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4), theft (m1);
  • Herman Brink, 18, Oregon Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
  • James L. West, 71, Wedgewood Drive, Austintown, two counts sexual battery (f4), grooming (m1);
  • Abby Rose Patterson, 38, Dehoff Drive, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), two counts OVI (m1).
