27 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 27 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on May 28 by the grand jury:

  • Sean C. Conklin, 39, New Castle, Pa., two counts aggravated possession of drugs (f5), two counts possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Josh A. Hall, 37, Chambers Street, Campbell, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Jacquelyn Conklin, 33, New Castle, Pa., aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Lena Karshner, 44, Meridian Road, Austintown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Lekeith Brooks, 40, Ash Street, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f3), possession of cocaine (f5), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Christine DiMailo, 64, Ohltown Road, Austintown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Tyruss Patterson, 35, Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3), failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
  • Vern Peagler, 63, Baldwin Avenue, Sharon, Pa., possession of cocaine (f5), w/specification for forfeiture;
  • Linanya S. Rollins, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Shawn Green, 53, Market Street, Youngstown, receiving stolen property (f4), possession of cocaine (f5), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Victor G. Nixon, 74, Tod Lane, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Dwayne S. Howell Fields, 29, Shehy Street, Youngstown, OVI (f4);
  • Paul A. Ostavitz Jr., 33, in care of Mahoning County jail, domestic violence (f3), two counts obstructing official business (f5), two counts resisting arrest (m1);
  • Romellow M. McKnight, 30, Clearmont Drive, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Elijah M. Smith, 24, in care of Mahoning County jail, violating a protection order (f3), trespass in a habitation (f4), failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), unauthorized use of a vehicle (m1), failure to stop after an accident (m1), resisting arrest (m2), obstructing official business (m2), driving under suspension (unclass. misdemeanor)
  • Ejhon Goode, 18, Selma Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Thomas J. Barber, 39, Bessemer, Pa., possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • William N. Bednar III, 38, in care of Mahoning County jail, domestic violence (f3), criminal damaging/endangering (m2), resisting arrest (m2);
  • Anthony A. Harris, 31, West Boston Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3);
  • Kevion Bradley, 27, Amherst Avenue, Boardman, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
  • Jennifer Lynn Lashhorn, 46, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), three counts OVI (m1);
  • Anthony L.E. Ellison, 26, in care of Mahoning County jail, escape (f3);
  • Joseph W. Perez, 44, in care of Mahoning County jail, escape (f3);
  • Timothy L. Washington, 37, Renwick Drive, Poland, cruelty to companion animals (f5), abandoned animals (m2), cruelty to companion animals (m1);
  • Lisa A. Micco, 44, Van Buren Avenue, Campbell, two counts endangering children, 22 counts cruelty to companion animals (f5);
  • Joseph P. Micco, 66, Van Buren Avenue, Campbell, two counts endangering children, 22 counts cruelty to companion animals (f5);
  • Donna Yasechko, 46, Penhale Avenue, Campbell, two counts cruelty to companion animals (f5/m1).
