45 felony indictments made by Trumbull County grand jury

A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday, June 3 returned 45 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

  • Paige Elizabeth Guinaugh, 37, Jeanette Drive, Warren, nine counts theft of drugs (f4); nine counts illegal processing of drug document (f4), nine counts, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Justin N. Hite, 47, Euclid, grand theft (f4), theft (f5), grand theft of motor vehicle (f4);
  • Milton C. Glenn, 48, Market Street, Youngstown, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5), possession of cocaine (f5), illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a governmental facility (f3);
  • Reesha L. Myers, 45, West Park Avenue, Niles, possession of cocaine (f5), illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Brett Busch, 60, Roy Street, Youngstown, breaking and entering (f5);
  • Makai J. Sims, 26, Heather Lane NW, Warren, felonious assault (f2) w/three-year firearm specification, discharge of a firearm on/near prohibited premises (f3)w/three-year firearm spec;
  • Tolulope Fells, 49, Lucasville, two counts assault (f3);
  • Lasalle L. Hundley, 35, Victor Avenue, Niles, having weapons while under disability (f3), improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4), carrying concealed weapons (f4);
  • Kenneth R. Myers, 44, Greenville, Pa., receiving stolen property (f4), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Bradley S. Salus, 48, West Delason Avenue, Youngstown, grand theft (f4), receiving stolen property (f4), breaking and entering (f5);
  • Christina C. Finley, 30, Parkman Road NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Malachi Linderman, 23, Charles Avenue NE, Warren, trespass in a habitation when person is/likely to be present (f4);
  • Devyn Staggers, 29, Bonnie Brae Avenue Se, Warren, two counts OVI (f4) w/forfeiture specs;
  • Randall W. Humenik, 56, Kenilworth Avenue SE, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Louis T. Taylor, 47, Idylwild, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Damien R. Group, 19, High Street, New Waterford, assault (f4), obstructing official business (f5), resisting arrest (m2), harassment with a bodily substance (f5);
  • Raeanne E. Brantley, 39, Merwin Chase Road, Brookfield, two counts OVI (f4)w/forfeiture specs;
  • James Rocha, 43, Glenwood Drive, Sharon, Pa., misuse of credit cards (f5), receiving stolen property (f5); second case, two counts theft (f5); two counts receiving stolen property (f5), two counts identity fraud (f5);
  • Willis Provitt, 70, Stewart Drive NW, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Andrew S. Devellin, 28, Wilson Avenue, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs (f3);
  • Justin L. Rush, 37, Perkinswood Boulevard, Warren, receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Anthony Sims Jr., 51, South Feederle Drive SE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Dasia N. Woodall, 30, Commerce Avenue, Warren, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f5), OVI (m1);
  • Daniel R. Procopio, 29, North Park Avenue, Warren, two counts illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material/performance (f2);
  • Briana J. McMillian, 42, Hazelwood Street, Warren, escape (f3), tampering with evidence (f3), illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Jerome J. Morgan, 50, East Broadway Avenue, Girard, having weapons while under disability (f3), two counts aggravated menacing (m1);
  • Joseph A. McCudden, 31, Allen Drive, Youngstown, superseding indictment, receiving stolen property (f4), possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Marcus A. Campbell, 43, Front Street SW, domestic violence (f3);
  • John H. Cain Jr., 38, Anderson Avenue NE, Warren, domestic violence (f4);
  • Brandon Bennett, 42, Atlanta Avenue, Austintown, unauthorized use of a vehicle (f5);
