21 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 21 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on June 11 by the grand jury:

  • Gerald Kay, 51, Ridge Road, Cortland, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
  • Alex Cherney, age unavailable, Berry Blossom, Canfield, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Stacy Yavorcik, 49, Chapel Lane, Campbell, obstructing official business (f5), OVI (m1);
  • Tyron Perry, 34, Akron, aggravated possession of drugs (f2), possession of cocaine (f5), illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility (f3);
  • Edward T. Agee, 19, West Evergreen Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Jordan L. Harrison, 18, New Road, Austintown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Elijah Figgs, 18, Applecrest Court, Boardman, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Joshua Maldonado, 38, Andrews Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3), receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Garry Conrad, 48, Jackson Street, Campbell, tampering with evidence (f3), receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Elijah Taylor, 46, Mistletoe Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), theft (f5), tampering with evidence (f3), obstructing official business (m2), theft (m1);

  • Zachary M. Danicic, 31, in care of Toledo Correctional Institution, grand theft of a motor vehicle (f4), theft (f5);
