10 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 10 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on July 2 by the grand jury:

  • Marcus Scott, 52, of Falls Avenue, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3);
  • Brad Walker, 32, of East Auburndale, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), improperly handling of firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
  • Andrew L. Wilson, 19, Stambaugh Street, Girard, possession of cocaine (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f3) and aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Jennifer Adkins, 43, Wahabe Court, Masury, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Sarah York, 46, of Hartzell Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Chaquille Brooks, 32, West Wood Street, Lowellville, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Zachary Foraker, 26, Newark Avenue, Youngstown, trespass in a habitation when a person is/likely to be present (f4), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Daniel Day, 33, Kimblewick Lane NE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Richard Armstrong, 48, East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f3), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f4), aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • William Crockett, 39, Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4).
