18 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 18 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on July 9 by the grand jury:

  • Billy McGeorge, 26, Shirley Road, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3);
  • James Sunderman, 19, Hayes Avenue, McDonald, attempted murder (f1)w/three-year firearm specification, two counts, felonious assault (f2) w/ three-year firearm specs, kidnapping (f1) w/three-year firearm spec;
  • Charlie Carlisle III, 47, Bonnie Brae Avenue, Youngstown, theft (f5);
  • Michael P. Walker, 26, Logangate, Liberty Township, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Gullermo Y. Santos, 21, South Jackson Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), failure to stop after accident (m1);
  • Melissa Iamandita, 19, Austintown, theft (f5);
  • Jasmine Dodson, 37, Northgate Avenue, Youngstown, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Robert M. Bell, 53, West Maryland Avenue, Sebring, possession of cocaine (f5), aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Christopher L. Crawford, 37, Hillards, Pa., compelling prostitution (f3), attempted unlawful sexual conduct with minor (f4), two counts possessing criminal tools (f5), engaging in prostitution (m1);
  • Timothy R. Powell, 56, Canton, compelling prostitution, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (f4), importuning (f5), two counts possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Raul A. Martinez, 25, Kannapolis, N.C., compelling prostitution (f3), attempted unlawful sexual conduct with minor (f4), importuning (f5), possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Timothy N. Tolson, 35, Kensington Drive, Jacksonville, N.C., attempted corrupting another with drugs (f3), compelling prostitution (f3), importuning (f5), possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Talia M. Dalon, 30, Cedar Lane, Youngstown, receiving stolen property (f5);
  • Shawn M. Villers Jr., 21, Stanford Avenue, Austintown, attempted grand theft of motor vehicle (f5);
  • Eric T. Galiano, 55, Colliers, W.Va., compelling prostitution (F3), attempted unlawful sexual conduct with minor (f4); importuning (f5), second round, possessing criminal tools (f5), disseminating matter harmful to juvenile (m1);
  • Brett D. Busch, 60, Roy Street, Youngstown, vandalism (f5);
  • Davyon D. Alexander, 22, Akron, murder (unclass. felony) with three-year firearm spec, tampering with evidence (f3), grand theft of dangerous ordnance (f3);
  • Jane Doe, secret indictment, possession of marijuana (f3).
