Three community conversations on clean energy jobs, public health and environmental justice are set to take place, sponsored by ACTION and the Ohio Climate Justice Fund.

The first “Listen, Lead and Share: Community Conversations on Climate and Clean Energy” event will be at Progressive Baptist Church, 2258 Colonial St. SE, Warren, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

“’Listen. Lead. Share.’ is a statewide grassroots campaign that includes a goal of hosting public conversations with community members and stakeholders about the best and most effective ways to address climate and environmental justice in their communities,” a news release states.

Two more conversations will take place at Christ Centered Church, 3300 Hudson Ave., Youngstown, from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 8, and at Saint Edward Catholic Church, 238 Tod Lane, Youngstown, from 6 to 8 p.m. March 10.

The conversations also will be available via Zoom. Click here to register. For more information, contact Vicki Vicars at vicki.vicars@actionoh.com. Participants who return a survey will receive a $20 gift card as a token of appreciation for their time.
