COLUMBUS — State Rep. Michele Lepore-Hagan of Youngstown, D-58th, on Wednesday announced her committee assignments for the 134th General Assembly.

Lepore-Hagan will serve on the Health; Commerce and Labor; and Transportation and Public Safety committees.

"Overseeing legislation that has the most direct impact on Ohio's workers is a job I take very seriously. Continuing to serve as the lead Democrat on the Commerce and Labor Committee is an honor," Lepore-Hagan said in a news release. "My hope for my final term in office is that the majority party will focus on advancing bills that increase opportunities for Ohioans. We should be raising the minimum wage and investing in green jobs. I want to see and vote for legislation that directly improves the quality of life for people in the Mahoning Valley."
