Junior Achievement of Mahoning Valley presents Designer Bag Bingo fundraiser Dec. 6

GIRARD — Junior Achievement of Mahoning Valley will have its third annual Designer Bag Bingo event at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6 at the Metroplex Expo Center, 1620 Motor Inn Drive. Doors open at 5 p.m.

Cost is $40 per ticket and includes one bingo card per 15 rounds of bingo and one dauber. Additional bingo cards will be available for $5 each. The winner of each round will receive a new, authentic designer bag from brands such as Kate Spade, Michael Kors or Coach.

The event also features a 50/50 raffle, separate Louis Vuitton Grand prize raffle and wine pull.

Tables of eight can be reserved for $300. A full meal will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m., and a full cash bar will be available. Attendees must be at least 21 years old to attend.

Junior Achievement fundraisers help the organization raise money to support programs in Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana and Ashtabula counties. JA of Mahoning Valley will provide 15,000 students in grades K-12 programs that teach students about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship during the 2019-20 school year.
