YNDC seeks candidates for housing counselor position

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation is seeking candidates for a housing counselor position.

The housing counselor will implement financial empowerment programming, including outreach, intake, scheduling, file management, counseling of clients and reporting, and will communicate with existing and potential tenants, process rental tenant applications and prepare leases.

The YNDC is a neighborhood development organization launched in 2009 in partnership with the city of Youngstown and The Raymond John Wean Foundation to foster strategic neighborhood reinvestment in neighborhoods throughout the city.
