Judge Robert Rusu appointed to Ohio State Bar Association committee

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning County Probate Judge Robert N. Rusu Jr. has been appointed to the Ohio State Bar Association's Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section Council by the Ohio Association of Probate Judges. Rusu will serve as the judicial representative of the OAPJ on the committee.

The mission of the OSBA is to advance the science of jurisprudence, to promote reform in the law, to facilitate the administration of justice and to uphold integrity, honor and professionalism in the legal profession, a news release states. Specifically, the Estate Planning, Trust, Probate Law Section Council is for legal professionals interested in regulatory, legislative and judicial matters related to estate planning, trust and probate law.

The Ohio State Bar Association represents more than 26,000 members of the bench and the bar of Ohio with 43 committees and sections.
