Eastwood Mall offers COVID-19 vaccination clinics

NILES — Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) will be hosting two COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week at the Eastwood Mall.

The Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available.

Dates and times are:

  • Thursday, 1-4 p.m.
  • Saturday, 1-3 p.m.

The clinics will be located in Unit #455, the former Lane Bryant space near Center Court that is next to Pandora and across from Auntie Anne's Pretzels.

To register for these clinics, visit gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov or walk-in to the clinic.

To speed up your check-in process, participants are encouraged to visit the TCCHD website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring the completed form along with your driver's license or one form of identification to the clinic.

The Pfizer vaccine is eligible for individuals 12 years and older. All minors must have a parent with them to receive the vaccine.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is only eligible for individuals 18 years and older.

TCCHD will not provide the vaccine to those that are pregnant or breastfeeding.

The list of vaccine providers can be located on the Ohio Department of Health website.
