BUSINESS UPDATES | Farmers National Bank bringing new ITM to Boardman
BOARDMAN — Farmers National Bank is opening a new Interactive Teller Machine at 7334 Market St., near the intersection of Route 224 and Market Street.
The new ITM/ATM features the ability to talk with a specialized video teller — housed locally in Niles — in real time to do banking transactions or use the machine as a typical ATM.
Video tellers can assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments. The video tellers follow bank operating hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
"Farmers is proud to be bringing the latest emerging technology in banking to a robust location in Boardman," Kevin Helmick, president and CEO of Farmers, said in a news release. "This project has been in the mix for a while now, and we couldn't be more excited for it to get underway."
