Warren mayor to speak at Interfaith Prayer gathering
YOUNGSTOWN — Warren Mayor Doug Franklin will speak Tuesday at the Mayors' Online Interfaith Prayer gathering hosted by the Mahoning Valley Association of Churches.
Jason Volovar, music director of St. Joseph's Parish in Austintown, will be the musical performer during the 30-minute session that begins at 7:30 a.m.
