Metro Assembly of God to host COVID-19 testing

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown City Health District has scheduled a drive-thru COVID-19 testing site on Wednesday (Aug. 19) at the Metro Assembly of God.

The pop-up site will be at the church located at 2530 South Ave. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Ohio National Guard will be administering the tests and there is no pre-registration for the free tests.

Health officials say patrons do not have to have symptoms to be tested but all must wear a face mask. Anyone without a mask will be provided one.
