ECMSI in Struthers opens second IT consulting office in Warren

After 20 years in Struthers, Executive Computer Management Solutions Inc. is opening a second location in Warren to continue consulting in information technology.

The company helps with web development, IT management, and solutions for small-to-medium-sized businesses.

Ralph Blanco, president and CEO of ECMSI, expressed enthusiasm about the launch of ECMSI’s newest location at 4619-A Mahoning Avenue NW in Warren.

“[This will] work as an extension of our corporate office in downtown Struthers, Ohio, providing the same exceptional service and communication our partners have become accustomed to while expanding our reach into the northern Ohio market,” Blanco said.
