Arrest warrant issued for bar owner after failing to appear in Youngstown court
Two Youngstown bars are labeled permanently closed, Suzie’s Dogs And Drafts and O’Donold’s Irish Pub and Grill Downtown.
An arrest warrant was issued for one local businessman who owns both establishments after failing to appear in Youngstown court.
Judge Renee DiSalvo’s court confirmed the judge issued the arrest warrant after owner Christian Rinehart, 48, failed to appear in her court this morning.
Rinehart was supposed to be in court at 10:30 a.m. today for a pretrial hearing.
What charges is Christian Rinehart facing?
According to court records, he’s facing six misdemeanor counts of failure to file tax returns on the two businesses in Youngstown, resulting in their closure.
One of the charges applies to Suzie’s Dogs and Drafts, while the remaining five apply to O’Donold’s.
The state filed the charges on February 15 and Rinehart was arraigned on March 1.
