West Branch junior quarterback Dru DeShields has passed for 3,330 yards and 36 TDs this season. His Warriors play Ursuline Friday for the regional title and a trip to state.

West Branch senior Dru DeShields continues to make his recovery from ACI and menisus surgery after a torn anterior cruciate he played with most of the Warriors’ football season and took away his basketball season.

DeShields ran his first track meet of the season Thursday against Poland and recorded a 11.6 in the 100-meter dash and 23.4 in the 200-meter dash.

DeShields has signed to play college football with Kent State University.
