It’s First Friday in the city of Youngstown starting at 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Attend Boardman High School Jazz Program’s spring concert at 7 p.m. in the Boardman Performing Arts Center. You’ll enter through the Performing Arts Center (Door 8) entrance at the north side of the building; admission at the door is $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for students. Senior citizens are admitted free of charge.
Book an appointment or just walk in for a new tattoo by a local artist at the Youngstown Tattoo Classic festival in Girard
Mahoning Valley Scrappers game starts at 7:05 p.m. at Eastwood Field vs. West Virginia Black Bears; fireworks show after the game!
Opening at 6 p.m. tonight, it’s Disney’s Beauty And The Beast Jr, starring the Special Needs cast, performing at the Columbiana Cultural Collective’s Vagabond Theater

4th Annual Mahoning Valley Warrior starts at 9 AM at the Canfield Fairgrounds.
- Lawn Chairs & Lemonade Trunk Sale starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. at Mr. Darby’s Antique & Collectible Emporium in Boardman
- Donate blood to the Mahoning Red Cross at 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Austintown Library
- Mahoning Valley Scrappers game starts at 7:05 p.m. at Eastwood Field vs. West Virginia Black Bears
- Bring some friends to the JCC Logan campus for monthly karaoke night from 7 - 9 p.m.
- Watch “The Bad Guys” at Austintown Township Park at 9 p.m. as part of the summer movies in the park series
June 4
- Head to Eastwood Field at 2:05 p.m. for the Scrappers’ final game against the Black Bears and stick around to meet the team after the game
