There’s a summer market and show happening this weekend featuring one-of-a-kind artwork by members of the Fairhaven Foundation out of Trumbull County.

Join Artists of the Rust Belt from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday at the B&O Station and Banquet Hall.

There’s no admission fee to check out the art exhibition and support local artisans during the show.

The B&O Station will have a cash bar and food available during the event for a day of shopping, dining and appreciating art.

Who are Artists of the Rust Belt?

The group’s annual family-friendly market has entertainment for all ages, but this year, they’ve partnered with another favorite festival to attract a crowd.

The artists are pairing up with Friends of the Mahoning River for the annual Riverfest on Sunday.

It’s also happening at Spring Commons Park, right next to the B&O Station on Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown.

The free festival gives attendees the opportunity to see and try river kayaking.

They’ll also get to listen to music and participate in activities and educational displays in conjunction with the art show.

The proceeds of the art show benefit Buster’s Brigade, a nonprofit providing financial and material assistance for the basic and emergency needs of dogs and cats in the Mahoning Valley.
