The dairy bar is one of the signature attractions at the Trumbull County Fair.

“We have the best milkshakes in the world,” said Jennifer Simmons, who is one of the managers there. “Everyone loves them.”

How are the milkshakes made at the Trumbull County Fair?

Simmons says the milkshakes are hand-dipped using milk from Austintown Dairy.

The bar is run by Trumbull County Holstein and Guernsey Clubs and proceeds are used to promote Dairy 4-H projects, enhance the fair Daily area, scholarships and to help promote the Junior Fair.

Above, we show how workers make the milkshakes at the fair. Find more information about the fair, which runs through July 16, here.
