Warren man gets 11 months in prison on drug charges

In court action that occurred Thursday before Judge Ronald J. Rice of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court:

  • Marcus J. Bradshaw Sr., 37, of Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl compound and aggravated possession of drugs and was sentenced to 11 months in state prison. Bradshaw, given credit for time served in the Trumbull County jail, was found overdosed in the 900 block of Youngstown Road SE by Howland police on Apr. 6, 2022.
  • Ariyana Justice, 21, of Shaker Heights, received three years of probation with a 10-month suspended jail sentence after being convicted of misdemeanor charges of unauthorized motor vehicle use and interference with custody. The case was connected to a Mar. 18, 2022, incident investigated by Girard police.
  • Pete Paul Urick, 55, of Southington, was arraigned on charges of tampering with evidence and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident. The case involved two victims, Leona and David Fisher, being struck by a vehicle, and the two were injured while riding on scooters on Dec. 31, 2021, on a Trumbull County road. Urick, who was picked up on a secret indictment on Jul. 26, was given a $10,000 bond. If he makes bond, he will have to register for electronically monitored house arrest. The next pre-trial is set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 8.
