New ‘stop the violence’ march and prayer walk set for Aug. 6

The United Pastors, Clergy and Community Leaders of Greater Youngstown Against the Violence will be holding the group’s next “Stop the Violence” March and Prayer Walk at 2 p.m. Aug. 6.

The group will gather at 1:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Grace Evangelistic Temple Church, 2214 Mahoning Ave.

Group officials said they would prayer for peace in the city and against violence in neighborhoods.
