Youngstown Mayor Jamael ‘Tito’ Brown to hold mayors recognition hour

The 1619 African Festival is being held Aug. 25-27 in downtown Youngstown.

Youngstown Mayor Jamael “Tito” Brown will hold a mayors recognition hour at 3 p.m. Aug. 26 on South Phelps Street outside of City Hall.

The event will feature mayors from Warren, Elyria, Richmond Heights, Newburg Heights and Cleveland Heights.

The festival also includes vendors, food trucks and live entertainment.
