New family-owned E and B Restaurant opens for breakfast and lunch in Youngstown
This week, grab a bite at Youngstown’s new family-owned and operated E and B Family Restaurant.
The team behind E and B Family Restaurant is serving up favorites for breakfast like steak and eggs, home fries and specials like sweet french toast topped with cookies and cream or apple pie filling.
Check out the lunch menu, which includes homemade meatloaf, Philly burgers and hoagies.
“I’ve been cooking diner-style food for 27 years and we hope to become the area’s new ‘greasy spoon’ restaurant,” said Brian Berendt, head cook and owner. “We hope to establish our name with this venture and create a following that will allow us to open other businesses in Youngstown and surrounding areas.“
Berendt said opening the E and B Family Restaurant has been a dream of his for years.
The restaurant is located at 3038 McCartney Road in Youngstown.
Grab breakfast or lunch from 6 a.m.- 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
The family officially the restaurant opened last week and celebrated at 11 a.m. Sept. 21 with a ribbon cutting.
