50 receive felony indictments from Trumbull County grand jury

A Trumbull County grand jury Sept. 20 and returned 50 felony indictments.

The following felony indictments were made, with arraignments set within two weeks in the courtrooms of one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas judges:

  • Jamichael Anderson, 35, Estabrook Avenue NW, Warren, escape;
  • Mohammad J. Hudson, 32, Canton, escape;
  • Alexander M. Lough, 43, Orchard Avenue, Warren, escape;
  • David J. Martin, 40, Warren, escape;
  • Keilan Thomas, 29, Market Street, Youngstown, escape;
  • Heath Cutlip, 31, Callaway Circle, Austintown, aggravated possession of drugs (F2) with forfeiture, possession of LSD with forfeiture and aggravated possession of drugs (F5) with forfeiture;
  • Roger Morgan, 60, Clarksburg, W.Va., breaking and entering and theft;

  • Maurice E. Evans III, 22, Tod Avenue NW, Warren, having weapons while under disability;

  • Michael R. Lauer, 31, Arthur Drive NW, Warren, two counts aggravated vehicular assault, two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

  • William Snowden Jr., 62, Churchill Street, Girard, two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with prior felony conviction and vehicle forfeiture;

  • Satin L. Lee, 33, Dearborn Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Kevin L. Streeter, 34, North Street, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine and possession of drugs;

  • Deborah L. Muscarella, 68, Granada Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine;

  • Tyree R. Brown, 28, Adelaide Avenue, Warren, possession of cocaine with forfeiture;

  • Christopher Ritchie, 34, Collar Price Road, Hubbard, receiving stolen property;

  • Ian M. Mazzochi, 42, Westwood Drive NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

  • Spencer McCrory, 23, Merwin Chase Road, Brookfield, possession of fentanyl-related compound, two counts criminal trespass and resisting arrest;

  • Earl L. Freeman, 48, homeless, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

  • Craigory Davenport, 38, Early Road, Youngstown, two counts having weapons while under disability and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle;

  • Anthony J. Talbert, 29, Hunter Street NW, Warren, possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

  • Nia N. Benson, 37, Belmont Avenue NW, Warren, theft;

  • Ashley N. Rhodes, 39, East Liberty Street, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Michael D. Miller, 63, E. Western Reserve Road, Poland, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and petty theft;

  • Tiffany M. Rosenberg, 24, Ron Park Place, Boardman, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and driving under suspension;

  • Erik J. Plant Jr., 34, Monticello Boulevard, Liberty Township, strangulation and domestic violence;

  • Devon J. Johnson, 31, Colonial Drive, Liberty Township, possession of fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Travis A. Serotko, 32, South Park Court, Brookfield, felonious assault and tampering with evidence;

  • Travis M. Karr, 38, Kenilworth Drive NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Gary L. Mechling, 60, Atlantic Street NE, Warren, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;

  • Chad M. Brown Sr., 49, Eagles Loft, Cortland, aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Jamus J. Clark, 40, Emerson Avenue, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Wayne E. Perry, 31, Forest Street NE, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, felonious assault, two counts domestic violence, assault and resisting arrest;

  • Trudarious McClendon, 20, Foster Drive NE, Warren, receiving stolen property;

  • James L. Beatty Jr., 52, Northwest Boulevard NW, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer (f3);

  • Alfreda M. Provitt, 46, Plaza Avenue NE, Warren, endangering children;

  • Adam S. Gurish, 37, Rogers Avenue SE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f4) and possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);

  • Derrick W. Hooper, 42, Price Road, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;

  • Travon M. Badie, 32, Churchill-Hubbard Road, Liberty Township, having weapons while under disability and felonious assault;

  • Patrick G. Spaid, 40, Phillips Rice Road, Cortland, two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with vehicle forfeiture;

  • Lucas J. Beatty, 30, Market Street, Newton Falls, possession of cocaine;

  • Jesse L. Adams, 37, N. Mecca Street, Cortland, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

  • Savion Woodall, 21, Keri Drive SW, Warren, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound;

  • Kayla N. Smith, 32, Kenilworth Avenue SE, Warren, theft;

  • Scott C. Dowell Jr., 23, Hamilton Street SW, Warren, felonious assault with firearm specification;

  • Alexander M. Shuster, 35, Sioux Falls, S.D., aggravated possession of drugs (f2) and aggravated possession of drugs (f5);

  • Donteill M. Grant, 44, Forest Ridge Drive, Boardman, possession of cocaine with forfeiture and trafficking in cocaine with forfeiture;

  • Tommi L. Detchon, 41, Fifth Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence;

  • Marquris D. Redd, 40, Fifth Street, Niles, breaking and entering;

  • Derrick Talley Jr., 29, Maryland Street NE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine;

  • Andre E. Perry, 26, Bonnie Brae Avenue, Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and tampering with evidence.
