Youngstown Mayor Jamael “Tito” Brown embraced the Halloween spirit by joining his community for a holiday get-together.

Over a thousand local trick-or-treaters and their family members celebrated Halloween along the Trail of Treats at Wick Park.

The event took place this Saturday through the park, thanks to the City of Youngstown and Parks and Recreation.
