Youngstown mayor touts city progress during the State of the City speech

Youngstown Mayor Jamael Tito Brown gave his State of the City address Thursday night.

“The city is strong and you can no longer sit on the sidelines and complain,” he said, adding “you must do your part” to improve Youngstown.
