39 felony cases indicted by Trumbull grand jury

WARREN – A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday returned 39 felony indictments.

Arraignments were set within two weeks in the courtrooms of one of four Trumbull County Common Pleas judges:

Ashley Bika, 35, of Perkinswood Boulevard SE, Warren, escape;
Kayla Mergl-Farmer, 36, Craig Lane, Girard, eight counts election falsification and complicity to election falsification;
Joseph L. Pizzulo, 42, of Girard, election falsification;
Deon L. Hugley, 36, Landsdowne Avenue, Warren, four counts felonious assault;
Lance A. Schell Jr., 45, Lorain Street, Masury, having weapons while under disability and carrying concealed weapons;
Wendy Bierer, 53, West 130 th Street, Hinckley, Ohio, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
Retia L. Crawford, 34, Lane Drive SW, Warren, two counts aggravated possession of drugs, two counts possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
Jeremiah J. Medley, 40, Park Avenue, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs;
Emere A. Rogers, 24, Meadowbrook Avenue SE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer;
Adrionna Sherman, 28, Lane Drive SW, Warren, theft, falsification;
Jason L. Gibson, 30, Colonial Drive, Liberty Township, aggravated possession of drugs;
John D. Wilson, 39, North Street SW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;
Quin’Daz V. Stubbs, 27, Hamilton Street SW, Warren, domestic violence and strangulation;
Jarrett L. Ortiz, 40, Market Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;
Raymond F. Combine II, 48, Tod Avenue NW, Warren, two counts domestic violence;
Cheryl L. Shipman, 34, Comstock Street NW, Warren, theft;
Kenneth R. Barnes, 32, West Wood Street, Lowellville, aggravated possession of drugs;
Kevin D. Armstrong, 58, Herner South Road, West Farmington, superceding, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence;
Richard R. Couturiaux, 41, East Liberty Street, Hubbard, violating protection order;
Michael A. Nasser, 23, Louis Circle, Girard, domestic violence;
James C. Schwendeman, 39, East Second Street, Girard, two counts operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with prior felony conviction and specification of repeat OVI offender and vehicle forfeiture specification;
Matthew Burtons-Rowans, 31, Ferndale Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs;
Phillip G. August, 58, Fairview Avenue, Barberton, possession of fentanyl-related compound;
Mahki J. Crank, 19, Washington Street NE, Warren, possession of cocaine;
Dakotta D. Deans, 34, Westwood NW, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;
Kevin M. Cowles, 38, Vineland, Ashtabula, possession of heroin and possession of drugs;
Diontai T. Dukes, 29, Van Wye Street SE, Warren, trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine;
Douglas Duncan, 44, Kares Avenue, Cleveland, harassment with a bodily substance and carrying concealed weapons;
Daniel J. Prince, 43, Galia Pike, Franklin Furnace, Ohio, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments;
Isabell M. Aviles, 25, Saunders Avenue, Sharon, Pa., possession of cocaine and OVI;
Amanda D. Barnes, 38, Valencia Drive, Niles, possession of cocaine;
Kevin J. Brooks, 33, Newton Tomlinson Road, Newton Falls, forgery and theft from a person in a protected class;
Melissa D. Davis, 51, Mosier Road, Girard, two counts aggravated possession of drugs and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
Jacob Robinson, 33, Woodbine Avenue SE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;
Jonathan B. York, 36, Belmont Street NE, Warren, aggravated possession of drugs;
Nicholas J. Aulet, 34, Belmont Street, Niles, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound;
Timothy J. Lambert, 58, Youngstown-Kingsville Road, Vienna, possession of cocaine;
Teresa M. Taylor, 53, Linda Drive NW, Warren, possession of cocaine;
Parris J. Daniels, 23, South Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl-related compound.
