Youngstown man charged in January shooting in Boardman
A 24-year-old Youngstown man was arrested Friday on charges of murder in the Jan. 6 death of a man in Boardman.
The U.S. Marshals Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jerome Tubbs without incident in Youngstown. Tubbs was processed at the Boardman Township Police Department and transported to the Mahoning County Jail where he remains in custody.
Police said victim Michael Kosarich was found in his vehicle in the 5200 block of Market St. on Jan. 6 after sustaining multiple gunshots
