Lovie’s Ice Cream opens first store in Columbiana
Lovie’s Ice Cream, a sweet staple vendor at Mahoning Valley’s county fairs and street festivals, officially opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Columbiana.
The Columbiana-based business has set up shop and scooped ice cream at several favorite festivals like the Columbiana Street Festival, the Canfield Fair and the Washinton County Fair.
Favorites include the double-dipped cheesecake topped with locally grown fresh strawberries and apple dumplings.
Visit the newly-opened Lovie’s Ice Cream at 601 North Main St. in Columbiana.
Lovie’s Ice Cream is open from 4-9 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
