Reyers shoe store in Eastwood Mall recognized nationally for customer service

The Reyers shoe store at Eastwood Mall is among the winners of the 2023 Gold Medal Service Awards.

The competition seeks to find the “best of the best” shoe stores in America regarding customer service.

“This national award recognizes the high quality of service provided every day by Reyers’ staff” Reyers President Mark Jubelirer said. “They are problem solvers with decades of experience ensuring that you and your feet will leave Reyers with a smile.”

This is the seventh straight year that the store has earned this honor.

In 2021, Reyers moved to Eastwood Mall after more than 130 years in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
