Road work announced at two spots on Ohio Turnpike in Trumbull County

The Ohio Department of Transportation noted that road work has closed driving lanes in both directions of the Ohio Turnpike in western Trumbull County.

The first construction zone deals with work in the eastbound driving lane between the state Route 44 interchange in Portage County and the state Route 5 interchange in Trumbull County. The ODOT website didn’t give an estimated end to this road work.

The second construction zone deals with work closing the westbound driving lane between Hallock Young Road in Lordstown and the Route 5 interchange in Braceville Township. Again no estimated completion date has been given for the construction zone on the ODOT website.
