How to get free admission at Ribs-N-Rock Fest in Boardman this weekend
Starting Thursday, head to Boardman’s Southern Park Mall for four days of music, drinks and an award-winning rack of ribs at Ribs-N-Rock Fest.
Gates open at noon for the weekend-long festival at the Southern Park Mall in Boardman that’s presented by Hollywood Gaming.
Cocca’s Pizza is covering the cost of admission on all four days until 3 p.m. After 3 p.m., admission is $10 per person.
Bring your appetite to try ribs from the following award-winning national vendors making the trip to Boardman:
- Cowboys Barbecue & Rib Company from Fort Worth, Texas
- Carolina Rib King from Spartanburg, South Carolina
- Porky Chicks BBQ from Fayetteville, Arkansas
- Texas Outlaw BBQ from Sugarland, Texas
- Off The Bone BBQ from Mobile, Alabama
The jam-packed schedule starts with Youngstown’s No Funk No Justice at 5 p.m., opening for Pittsburgh-based rock legends The Clarks at 8 p.m. on Thursday.
On Friday, Josey Scott takes the stage at 9 p.m.
Come back on Saturday to see Vince Neil at 8 p.m. Then on Sunday, Chris Higbee wraps the weekend up with a show at 6 p.m.
