Youngstown police investigate breaking-and-entering at Canfield Road business
A Canfield Road business was broken-into shortly after 12:30 a.m. on July 10, according to Youngstown police reports.
According to the report, the owner of the shop told officers he received a call from his alarm company, and discovered the front door glass was smashed out and a black piece of plastic was draped over the door handle.
The owner also reviewed security footage and there were multiple people in the business. The suspects apparently left prior to the arrival of officers, the report stated.
Officers and the Youngstown police crime lab removed a large cement rock from inside the shop and the black plastic on the door as evidence.
