Three manufacturing officials have been appointed to Board of Directors seats on the Mahoning Valley Manufacturing Coalition.

Mark Lamoncha of Humtown Products was appointed as president and CEO. He has been leading Humtown for decades and is a community leader focused on education, specifically integrating it with business, manufacturing and charitable giving.

Along with serving on various boards and committees throughout the state, Lamoncha is a member of the Ohio Department of Education State School Board and the Ohio Commodores and was most recently appointed to the board for The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association.

Krystal Schulz of Dinesol Plastics was appointed HR manager. She was hired at Dinesol nearly two years ago. Schulz said the coalition is bridging the gap between people and local manufacturers.

“It has been my honor being a member of the coalition – working together for the future of the Valley and the manufacturing industry,” Schulz said.

Melinda Rombold of Schwebel’s was appointed to be HR director. She worked with other manufacturing partners before joining Schwebel’s. She’s confident in knowing thetrue benefits of what the coalition can add to people, companies and the community overall.

“I hope that my balance on achieving businessresults and being a people champion are seen as traits important to the MVMC board position,” she said.

Coalition Interim Executive Director Alex Hertzer said he is pleased with the high level of engagement with these new board members.

“We can’t wait to see the impact these three individuals will make on our organization,” Hertzer said.
