Renowned comedian Chris Wineland to perform a show in Girard
National Christian comedian Chris Wineland is set to return to his home roots for a one-weekend-only performance in Northeast Ohio.
This highly anticipated event marks the first time in years that Wineland has brought his comedic talents to Ohio. The performance will take place at Liberty Assembly of God, the very church where Wineland served as a youth pastor.
Known for his unique ability to inspire laughter without resorting to cheesy church jokes, Wineland has become a beloved figure in the Christian community. Over the years, his talent and dedication to his craft have led him to be featured on platforms ranging from Dry Bar Comedy to The Daily Wire and TBN. Moreover, in recognition of his outstanding work in the field of comedy, he was nominated as Christian Comedian of the year in 2024.
A Champion High School graduate, Wineland embarked on his comedy journey the day following his 18th birthday. His comedic wit, coupled with his ability to share his faith and his humorous outlook on life, love, and food, has garnered him millions of views online and won him thousands of fans worldwide.
The “Clean Comedy Night at Liberty Assembly” is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. on Aug. 23. General Admission for the show is priced at $15, while VIP tickets are available for $25. Audiences can purchase their tickets at the door or pre-book their seats online.
