Here’s when UPS is expected to close this location in Trumbull County next month

If you’re looking for help sending a package with UPS, there’s one help center that won’t be open to customers starting next month.

The Girard UPS Customer Center will close on Nov. 15.

“We are closing select UPS customer centers, including the 800 Trumbull Road location, to better align with our customer’s preferences for more convenient and easily accessible drop-off options. We will continue our high standard of customer service through a wide range of resources that are available to our customers,” UPS said in a statement to Mahoning Matters.

Customers can visit the Howland UPS Store at 3617 Elm Road, Youngstown UPS Store at 5547 Mahoning Ave. or other UPS Access Points in CVS in Hubbard and Youngstown.

Call the UPS Customer Center at (888) 742-5877 to speak with a team member who can answer questions about domestic or international packages shipped via UPS.
