Editor of children’s book donating proceeds to Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley
Youngstown-based children’s book author Nate Dinet is the editor-in-chief of The Fantastic Tales of Merriweather and Perriweather, a series of digital stories for kids released monthly online.
Dinet and his team of editors and illustrators recently ventured from digital storytelling to publishing physical books, including The Day Tomorrow Got Lost and Welcome to the Flu!
The Fantastic Tales of Merriweather and Perriweather series follows a pair of fairy tale storytellers on zany adventures.
Dinet is donating the profits from every copy of two books, The Day Tomorrow Got Lost and Welcome to the Flu!, purchased in November and December.
“We’re honored to partner with The Hope Foundation of the Mahoning Valley to support their mission of providing hope and resources to families with children facing chronic or terminal illnesses,” Dinet said.

“Every copy of The Day Tomorrow Got Lost or Welcome to the Flu! sold directly contributes to this meaningful cause. With each purchase, you not only enjoy a delightful story to share with your children but also help brighten the lives of families in need,” Dinet said. “Together, let’s make a difference -- one story at a time.”
Purchase the books on The Fantastic Tales of Merriweather and Perriweather website.
What does The Hope Foundation do?
