City of Youngstown announces several road closures for downtown paving operation
The City of Youngstown will be closing the following streets on Tuesday, August 5 to complete milling and resurfacing as part of the 2025 Resurfacing Program.
• Elm - Wood to Rayen
• Champion - Boardman to Front
• Walnut - Front southerly to Covelli Center parking lot
• West Federal - Sewer repair area between Phelps and Hazel (limits are marked on pavement)
Pedestrian traffic will be maintained.
