Place bids online for family-owned winery in Mahoning County spanning 14 acres
A 14-acre, fully-operational winery in Mahoning County is up for sale through an online auction facilitated by the Transition Auction Group, including a vineyard, sports bar and private event center.
Mastropietro Winery was established in 2005 in Berlin Center by siblings Dan and Cathy Mastropietro, who have continued to run the all-year-round event space and award-winning winery.
Dan and Cathy have 20 years of expertise from running their winery.
Winemaking expert Dan will help guide the buyer through harvesting, production and business operations to ensure a seamless transition.
Cathy handled Mastropietro’s event management, guest services and daily operations since the beginning of the winery. She will also stick around to assist the next owners.
Over 2,000 guests can comfortably sit and sip at the winery, from the landscaped grounds and gazebos to patio seating overlooking the pond.
Mastropietro is a fully-equipped wine production facility with three acres of vineyards producing Chambourcin, Frontenac and Vidal Blanc grapes.
The wine is made from estate-grown grapes and imported grapes, then stored in a pre-engineered metal building on-site that’s equipped for both small-batch and high-volume production.
There’s a 6,400-square-foot Tuscan-style winery building with a tasting room and indoor sports bar. All the liquor licenses are transferable.
Paved parking accommodates 60 vehicles, including handicap spaces, plus overflow capacity for 3,000 guests.
Visitors regularly come to the Mastropietro Winery for annual events like the Hot Air Balloon Festival and Winds at the Winery, as well as concerts and car shows in Berlin Center.
Bidding will begin to close at 3 p.m. on Aug. 27; learn more about the Mastropietro Winery online.
