City of Youngstown announces street closure beginning Monday through late November
The City of Youngstown announced that E. Commerce St. between N. Champion St. and N. Walnut St. will be closed beginning Monday, September 29 until Friday, November 28.
The city stated that the closure is necessary to construct the building addition for the YMCA electric service upgrades.
No on street parking will be permitted. Vehicles parked on the roadway may be subject to tow.
Access to the YMCA Parking Lot will be maintained.
