Tom Fleming, founder, chairman and CEO of Aim Transportation Solutions, has been named to the 2025 Top Most Loved CEOs list, marking the second consecutive year he has earned this honor. The recognition highlights Tom’s ongoing commitment to building a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to excel.

The Most Loved CEO list honors leaders at companies worldwide whose CEOs are rated highest on the Love of Workplace Index®, a survey measuring employee satisfaction, sense of belonging, and overall workplace sentiment.

Fleming’s recognition comes after Aim was named a Most Loved Workplace® for three consecutive years. In the same survey, Aim employees gave Tom Fleming a perfect five-star rating, earning him the Most Loved CEO distinction for the second year in a row.

“This honor is a testament to Tom’s unwavering leadership,” said Matt Svancara, Aim Chief Operating Officer. “He’s fostered a workplace where our teams feel valued, empowered, and united by a shared purpose where their hard work is recognized.”

Aim’s award-winning culture is deeply rooted in a family legacy spanning more than a century, beginning in 1904 with Tom Fleming’s grandfather, J.V. McNicholas. When Tom purchased the leasing division of the family company in 1982, Aim had 25 trucks and a handful of employees.

Today, the company operates over 11,000 commercial vehicles across more than 100 locations, with a workforce of 1,000 dedicated employees.

“What stands out about this award is that it comes directly from Aim employees,” said Scott Fleming, President of Aim. “Their feedback reflects the trust and confidence they have in Tom’s leadership. His focus on strengthening our organization and creating opportunities for our people continues to shape the future of Aim.”

Leading the company with his son Scott Fleming, Fleming continues to foster a workplace that emphasizes employee well-being, career development, and inclusivity. Many of Aim’s leaders started in entry-level positions, growing into leadership roles through their hard work and Aim’s ongoing support.

In addition to a supportive culture, Aim provides employees with comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays, vacation time, and opportunities for learning and community involvement.

Aim has also been recognized by Newsweek, ranking on the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® for 2025, marking multiple consecutive years of earning this distinction.

“Tom leads with integrity and intention,” said Svancara. “He consistently raises the bar while staying grounded in what matters most, our people.”
