The over 10,000-square-foot bar and restaurant in Lisbon is located on about two acres of land on State Route 145.
Zoning permits the site to become a restaurant, winery, brewery or destination venue for events like weddings and reunions, according to Platz Realty Group.
When arriving to the property, guests will find a newly-paved parking lot, spacious dining area and dual bar setup.
For warm weather, there’s an outdoor patio for dining, a stage and picnic seats.
