Both interior and exterior photos available to view on YNDC’s website, including the basement that’s been both waterproofed and insulated.
The buyer will receive a refrigerator, microwave range hood, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer as part of their home purchase, according to YNDC.
This home has a 15-year, 100% property tax abatement on all improvements and is eligible for the city of Youngstown’s $10,000 down payment assistance program.
Eligible buyers with financing from Huntington National Bank may also qualify for an additional $18,000 in down payment assistance.
Purchase of the home at 459 North Schenley Ave. in Youngstown is limited to income-eligible buyers who commit to owning and occupying the home.
